As well as allowing patients to familiarise themselves with hospitals and health centres before appointments our software will allow us to create staff orientation videos. These videos can include areas not accessible to the public and can be utilised to replace the need for site visits for staff who might be changing sites.

As you are probably aware missed appointments cost the NHS millions every year. It is estimated 6.9 million hospitals outpatient appointments are missed every year, with the lost time costing the NHS an estimated £745 million. We think our interactive videos will help patients navigate hospitals, health centres and GP surgeries from the comfort of their own home. Helping to reduce the amount of appointments missed. Scannable QR codes

All your printed outpatient appointment letters could include a scannable QR code that will navigate patients around the hospital to the specific area where their appointment is taking place using a guided interactive video. By using iRoam there will be no confusion or anxiety related to navigating the hospital. Reducing missed appointments and saving time and money for the NHS.


What to expect video

Visiting the hospital can be extremely stressful. Frequently we are confronted with situations we have never experienced before. So it would be very difficult to prepare patients with ASD or Anxiety issues on what to expect from their time in Healthcare. Our what to expect videos are a great tool for patients who want to know what will happen before they arrive. Our videos will illustrate each stage of the appointment, which can be completely tailored to specific needs. For example what to expect at a GP appointment, Dental check up, Pre-op. A calm and well prepared patient makes a successful appointment for everyone.
